Testimonial from a Participant
"Simply put, the course was great. I honestly didn't know what to expect, but I couldn't have asked for anything more. I actually thanked my therapist for encouraging me to enroll after just the first week. The skills I learned will be invaluable to my own wellness and hopefully I'll be passing on my new knowledge to others. Just as important was the supportive environment [the co-facilitators] created. Your willingness to share your personal experiences really made me feel comfortable in participating."
