This is a highly interactive workshop providing an orientation on the steps and process for seeking, keeping and enhancing wellbeing through employment.  This is based on the evidence-based approaches within the SAMHSA curriculum Taking Action applied to evidence based supported employment practices.

Topics explore in this session include:

  • Concepts to  Wellness and Recovery applied to our employment wellbeing
  • Wellness tools for supported employment
  • Action planning for supported employment 
  • Developing a daily  maintenance plan for supported employment 
  • Community and personal resources for the employment search 
  • Building support for employment success
  • Aligning personal values with Career choices
