Facilitator Directory

The WRAP Facilitator Directory offers connection with locally trained and certified WRAP Facilitators who can offer evidence-based practice WRAP workshops in your community.  To be listed in this directory, you must have successfully completed the five-day WRAP Facilitator training offered by the Copeland Center or a current Advanced Level WRAP Facilitator of the Copeland Center. Once listed, refresher training requirements must be met to maintain your listing in the directory.

The directory is designed to fill a need for local resource availability for people seeking WRAP groups. The Copeland Center had to make a sizable investment in technology to get the registry up and running. It is primarily designed for Advanced Level WRAP Facilitators to participate by purchasing bulk listings for their trainees. Because it takes investigation into each individual request that does not come directly through an Advanced Level WRAP Facilitator, the Copeland Center has to do detective work to ensure that individuals were properly trained by qualified trainers and this requires a fee. We encourage WRAP Facilitators to request that their trainers contact the Copeland Center to purchase spaces in the registry and therefore eliminate the research required for an individual request and help make it as affordable as possible to both Advanced Level WRAP Facilitators and WRAP Facilitators.  If you qualify to be listed in the directory, please contact the organization or Advanced Level WRAP Facilitator who provided your training.  Current Advanced Level WRAP® Facilitators who want to list people they have trained and provided refresher course to should contact us for more information.

Gertrude Rice

Hello All !!!! I am Gertrude Rice, owner and trainer at Focused Care INC, Where Healing, Teaching & Discovery Come Together. As a WRAP facilitator, as well as a Peer Support Specialist I too have used the WRAP tool to help me through my challenges and would love to share my story with you. I have enjoyed helping individuals in their recovery and I would like to walk with YOU, through your recovery.

Gina Calhoun is a certified peer support specialist and Advanced Level WRAP Facilitator, and has had the opportunity to be part of 16 certified peer specialist trainings, 7 certified peer specialist supervisor trainings and 45 WRAP® trainings. Gina’s unique experience centers around Harrisburg State Hospital (HSH). She used the services at Harrisburg State Hospital for several years before escaping to live on the streets. Gina came back to offer peer support during the closing of HSH and now works on the former grounds of the hospital complex. She attributes her recovery journey to supportive relationships that choose to focus on ‘what’s strong’ instead of ‘what’s wrong’; and for the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where she is part of a team making a difference in PA.

Executive Director of Alyssum.

Hallie Boyer

Hey there! I first learned about WRAP in my Peer Support training. I have had my own ups and downs and found that WRAP can be very beneficial to my own recovery. I would love to bring this wellness practice to more people so they, too, can heal.

My name is Hazel J. Washington, I am a Change Agent who motivates encouragement and sustainability through life struggles.

My name is Ichaun and my main purpose has always been to help people. I love to listen and be the pole that they rest on in hard times. I believe that a diagnosis isn't the end of a person's life! I believe that recovery is something that any person can have. I understand that what one considers well may not be another's well-being. I just love helping people. Let's heal the world, but first heal ourselves.
